With over five years of experience in the mental health and disability sector, Jodie brings a proactive, people-first approach to her role as National Accommodation Manager at Sunflower. Her background spans Short-Term Accommodation, Day Programs, and Supported and Individualised Living, with a strong focus on participant wellbeing and connection.

Jodie is passionate about creating homes where people feel supported, understood, and empowered to live independently. She leads our accommodation services nationally, ensuring smooth communication, strong participant matching, and quality support across every region.

Outside of work, Jodie’s an early riser who loves staying active, spending time by the water, and enjoying good music. She values empathy, collaboration, and helping people thrive in safe and meaningful environments.
