A Psychosocial Recovery Coach is a new NDIS support item for participants with a psychosocial disability who requires support managing complex challenges of daily living.

The aim is to increase participants’ social and economic independence and participation through the provision of capacity building supports.

Every Participant will receive a meet and greet by one of our friendly Caseworkers. We set up a thorough and meticulous support plan and risk assessment to ensure support workers are well-prepared and know how you want to spend your supports.

Respite Care

Sunflower Services provides compassionate and experienced staff to deliver tailored respite care through engaging and memorable respite trips. We aim to create safe and enjoyable experiences that meet the unique needs of both participants and carers.

Every participant receives a personalised plan, designed in collaboration with our friendly Caseworkers. This ensures our support workers are fully prepared and know how to make your respite trip meaningful and fun.
