At Sunflower Services, our values shape how we support participants, work with families, and collaborate as a team. We call this The Sunflower Standard, a shared commitment to delivering support with care, integrity, and professionalism every day.
These values guide the way we approach our work, helping us create an environment where participants feel respected, supported, and empowered to live life on their own terms.
We lead with honesty, warmth, and transparency in everything we do. Our team is made up of naturally compassionate people who value real, respectful connection. We believe meaningful support starts with genuine conversations and a shared sense of understanding.
We take a strengths-based, person-centred approach that puts Participants in control of their journey. By listening, supporting, and walking alongside each individual, we create an environment where people feel confident to grow, make decisions, and achieve their goals.
We show up with integrity, consistency, and care. Our Participants trust us to provide reliable, high-quality support that respects their needs, goals, and wellbeing. We treat every person with the same level of respect and consideration we would expect ourselves.
We are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based support that continues to evolve. Through ongoing training and a strong focus on learning, we ensure our team is equipped to provide thoughtful, informed care across mental health and the NDIS space.
We understand that needs, goals, and the NDIS landscape can change. Our team stays flexible and responsive, adjusting support to suit each individual while staying informed and consistent in how we deliver our services.
We believe strong relationships are at the heart of great support. By building trust and creating a sense of belonging, we help Participants feel supported, understood, and connected to the people and community around them.
